What you will do (but not limited to):

  • Replenishment of orders.
  • Accurately checking and packing orders.
  • Using an RF scanning device to pick orders.
  • Ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

 

 


We want to work with someone who has:

  • 1-year minimum experience in general warehousing.
  • Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift moderate to heavy cartons.
  • Excellent communication skills and accurate attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of safe manual handling practices and warehouse health & safety standards.
  • Reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • To be an enthusiastic team player who shows initiative.
  • Forklift tickets preferred but not essential.
  • The right to live and work in the US permanently.

Warehouse Manager
– Charlotte, NC

A US warehouse leadership opportunity has become available at our AS Colour North Carolina Distribution Center. Our US business is witnessing continuous growth and we are looking for a high-level Warehouse Manager to lead & drive our warehouse operation.

 

Working closely with the General Manager, this position will focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, strong leadership, mentoring of the warehouse team and championing Health & Safety in the workplace.

 

This opportunity would be a perfect match if you have the zeal to work in a fast-paced environment, getting stuck in with the crew, using systems, technology and equipment, whilst enjoying being part of a dynamic and growing company.

 

 

What you will do :

  • Manage all warehouse operations, including but not limited to: inbound containers (Inwards), outbound customer orders, including LTL orders (Dispatch), customer returns, customer pickups, etc. in a clean, safe, productive and efficient manner.
  • Lead and inspire a team of employees who are working over multi shifts.
  • Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with all staff, fostering a considerate work environment.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of Health & Safety standards through training, communication, tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee total warehouse operational flow through the interpretation of all information streams and systems available.
  • Continue to train, develop, and elevate a dynamic team.
  • Ensure total inventory accuracy and have responsibility for the auditing thereof.
  • Manage a continual and sometimes heavy flow of inbound container deliveries of new inventory and execute an ever-growing volume of daily outbound orders.
  • Meet and or exceed monthly KPIs.
  • Oversee maintenance of all MHE and general warehouse equipment.
  • Key contact point for suppliers, building maintenance and inspections.
  • Recruit, train and develop an expanding team as the ever-growing business requires.

 

 


We want to work with someone who has:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience combined in managing warehouse and logistics.
  • Successfully managed multi shift teams of 25+, in a consumer products warehouse.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to guide and motivate diverse staff.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Proven work ethics with ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build, maintain, and foster strong relationships across a wide range of personalities.
  • Solutions oriented proactive, perform well under pressure, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Goal oriented individual who strives to exceed the KPI goals and inspires their team and their team members to do the same.
  • Competency with ERP, WMS systems and adapting to new software.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude, has a hands-on approach and will see the job through completion to an exceptional level.
  • Skilled in operating MHE – Counter Balance, Reach, Man-Up Stock Picker and Turret Truck with current and valid licences. Advantageous to have Wire Guided Truck, Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) and Stock Picker experience.
