Sales Representative – Northwestern US and Western Canada

About the Role
NOTE: The role requires the Sales Representative to live within the territory they will manage: Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Western Canada.
With the growth and success of our business in the US, we are looking to expand our sales team by adding a new Sales Representative role based out of the Northwestern US. States in this territory are Oregon (OR), Washington, (WA), Idaho (ID) Alaska, (AK), & the following Canadian provinces: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, NW Territories & Nunavut.
Working closely with our US General Manager, Sales and Customer Service teams, this position will focus on growing the wholesale business, building strong relationships and increasing sales with new and existing B2B customers in the Northwestern US and Western Canada.
It will be a great opportunity if you love sales, being on the road, can create strong relationships and want to work with an industry leader. This role will include frequent travel throughout your assigned territory and quarterly visits to our DC and Head Office facility in Carson, CA.
What you will do (but not limited to)
- Obtain market share by driving sales from new and existing B2B accounts.
- Educate customers on how to sell AS Colour. Includes but is not limited to the people, the culture, the durability and printability of the garments, social responsibility, ethical
standards, price point to quality ratio and brand. - Visit and service new and existing B2B customers.
- Collating customer feedback, market trends, product requests, won/lost deals, leads and
marketing ideas into a monthly report and reporting to the US General Manager. - Efficient use of HubSpot, including adding meeting notes to business profile and using CRM calendar.
- Find and convert leads and new business opportunities for the brand's growth.
- Plan efficient sales trips and book appointments with B2B customers.
- Host B2B client tours of our warehouse, showroom & office.
- Co-host print/embroidery nights with B2B customers and team.
- Maximize representation and utilize full sales potential by identifying, organizing & setting up showrooms for our B2B customers.
- Secure prime showroom real estate with samples and point of sale.
- Be excited to travel frequently domestically to connect with our growing customer base.
- Attend regional & national Trade Shows as required.
We want to work with someone who has:
- 5+ years of road sales experience for global apparel, footwear or blank brand.
- Experience building a wholesale, retail channel
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities.
- A high sales-focused mentality and a mindset to increase revenue and profitability for the business.
- Self-confidence, a go-getter attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to quote effectively, negotiate and close deals.
- Achieve or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Proven prospecting skills to find and convert leads.
- Industry experience and/or knowledge; retail, streetwear, garment printing, embroidery, promotional, merchandise, workwear and uniform.
- Can work autonomously in a team environment and take direction.
- Ability to recognize different business models and approaches and adapt sales techniques relevant to each business.
- A good understanding of the promotional and decoration resale apparel industry.
- Innate ability to always want to be better, be solutions driven and look for ways to add value to the team, customers, business and community.
- Holds a current and valid driver’s licence and is able to drive.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally with valid, up-to-date travel documentation
- Has the right to live and work in the US permanently.

Carson, CA Distribution Center
Warehouse Associate Roles:
- AM Shift - Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Mid Shift - Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Swing Shift - Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Charlotte, NC Distribution Center
Inwards Storeperson Roles:
- AM Shift - Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Warehouse Associate Roles:
- AM Shift - Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
What you will do (but not limited to)
- Helping unload conatiners on a weekly basis (Inwards role only)
- Replenishment of orders.
- Accurately checking and packing orders.
- Picking orders with an RF Scanning Device.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
We want to work with someone who has:
- Ideally 1 year experience in general warehousing (textile industry preferred but no essential).
- Current MHE license - Ideally 1 year experience in high reach forklift (Inwards role only).
- RF scanning experience.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift moderate to heavy cartons (up to 20kg)
- High level of organizational skills, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a proactive approach in high-pressure environments.
- Solid understanding of Safe Manual Handling techniqures and warehouse OH&S requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and proactive initiative.
