On ascolour.com we ship nationwide in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.


We ship nationwide in New Zealand and internationally on ascolour.co.nz

 

We ship within Europe on ascolour.co.uk

 

And we ship nationwide in Australia on ascolour.com.au

 

 


Delivery Cost

 

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

 

 

 

 

AS Colour only guarantees overnight shipping. Next Day Air Orders must be received by 12:00 pm local time. All other shipping speeds are subject to potential UPS delays. Please place your orders accordingly.
 
Most in stock, credit-approved, orders received by 2:00 pm local time where order is being shipped from, will be processed the same business day, EXCLUDING Next Day Air orders. Next Day Air orders must be received by 12:00 pm local time. 

 
If you order from more than one of our warehouses, the delivery days of your order may vary unless an expedited freight service is selected.

 

You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.

 

Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will cancelled.

 

Please note: there may be slightly longer processing times during sale periods and public holidays due to high volumes.

 

 


Tracking

 

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you directly from UPS at close of business day.

 

 

 

On Delivery of Goods

 

Please check received goods against the packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated, as picking errors can occur. If you find a picking error before the order is printed, we can replace the affected items. However, once the goods are printed, we cannot exchange or refund them.

We do not cover the cost of any branding or decoration under any circumstances. If you are ordering and sending goods to a third party for branding, they will need to check the order on your behalf before proceeding with any work.

 

 

 

Order Pick-Ups

 

If your business is located within a 50 mile radius of our warehouses in either Carson or Charlotte, you can select "Warehouse Pick-Up Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 3:00 PM" at order checkout under the "SHIPPING OPTIONS" section. The freight charges will be waived and you can come to our warehouse to pick up your order.


Please contact us before arriving for pick up to inquire if your order is ready.


Canadian Shipping Policy

Prices shown are in USD and do not reflect local currency conversion, nor do they include additional charges associated with importing from a foreign country which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Shipments imported into Canada are subject to fees including but not limited to: duties, taxes, fees (entry, disbursement, etc.), and other misc. charges. Some of the fees have been discounted & these fees vary by order value. Following is an example of some of these fees for orders valued at $150.01-$200.00: there is an entry prep fee of $34.70 + a disbursement fee of 3.7% of the duty/tax paid or $7.40 CAD (for Standard delivery), whichever is greater. Additional fees for orders of this size will be assessed & include but are not limited to: duties, taxes, etc. Shipments with values under $150.00 or over $200.00 CAD will also be eligible for discounted fees & these fees will vary depending on the value of the shipment.

 

The purchaser, not AS Colour, is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office. Any fees associated with the refused delivery of an order will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will result in a deduction of the original and return shipping fares from any refund.

 

AS Colour cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. If there are any extra charges to pay the courier service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order.
